Please note that certain items like drones, sensitized materials, and special orders may be subject to different terms or restocking fees.

Obtain Authorization
Contact our customer service team or visit our Seattle storefront to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Secure Packaging
Pack your gear securely in a separate shipping box to avoid damage to the manufacturer's packaging, clearly labeling the outside with your RMA number.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the equipment for quality assurance; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
